TapFood Application Term of Use
Before you agree to use any services from TapFood website or mobile application, please go through the Terms
of Use very carefully. By agree to use TAPFOOD, you have agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions stated.
TapFood always reserved the right to modify or update the Term and Condition from time to time and will be
effective immediately after an announcement is released and agree by you. If you disagree with the new Term
and Condition, your only way is to discontinue using any of the services that provided by TapFood Sdn Bhd.
1. Account
In order use TAPFOOD service, you may not use or impersonate any person/ merchant/ organization/ group/
canteen information. Any dishonest act discovered will be taken with serious action such as ban account.
You have full responsibility to take care of the security of your account. Never tell your password or
personal information to others to prevent others misuse your account as you may take full responsibility of
the action made by your account. If you notify that your account is no longer secure, change password
immediately to prevent other to access. TapFood advice the account holder change password every 3 months to
ensure the safety of the password. If your account is having unusual activity and actions that not taken by
you, please contact TapFood Sdn Bhd immediately at support@tapfood.net so that TapFood and take down your
account until further notice. TapFood always reserved the right to take down or ban the account whenever
found the dishonest, unusual activity, or any actions that should not do by the merchant.
All the account information that you provided to TapFood only will be used by TapFood internally. TapFood
will not expose the information to any third party.
2. Payment
All the payment and payment information will be handled by third party payment gateway. TapFood will not
keep any customer payment data that going through third-party payment gateway. TapFood will not responsible
for any issues when happen in the third party payment gateway.
3. Termination of Account
TapFood always has the right to terminate your account with reason. The reason including reported by user
about the bad behavior, try to cheat on business or did not follow any term and condition that stated.
Before terminate your account, we will giving warning message to you. The warning will temporarily
deactivate your account up to 72 hours. If the situation is still the same, it may lead to your account
termination.
4. Account Recovery
If you are not satisfy with the termination/deactivation action taken by TapFood, you may always request the
reason from TapFood at support@tapfood.net or provide the relevant evidence if your account has been taken
the wrong action, so that TapFood is able to reinvestigate and reactivate your account if possible. But the
account will not be guarantee can be recover back as the same as before.
5. Restriction
TapFood websites & mobile application will use browser build in function to perform the services. If the
browser build in function is cleaned, reset or deleted and causing any services that provided by TapFood is
down, TapFood Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any of your lost.
When using TapFood websites or mobile application, you may not be allowed to reverse engineer, discover any
source code or service that used to provide and support TapFood Service. If TapFood team found out that you
are trying to do anything mentioned above, we will take serious action and contact police without any
hesitation.
